Caring

September 29, 2023

"Caring" is a theme very dear to our Museum, and at the event with Marcello Mereu we had the opportunity to share it.

By now you know, "caring" is important in our Museum.

We take care of our cars : we keep them running by doing technical maintenance, but without forgetting the aesthetic aspect, they must also look good!

But here at the Museum we love above all to take care of people: we care about welcoming in the best way possible every person who comes to visit us, because as Elisabetta Cozzi often repeats, "The Museum is not simply a collection of objects, but what makes it alive and memorable are the people who come in and the stories they share with us."

MARCELLO MEREU, L'HAUTE DETAILER

Speaking of stories, do you know the one about Marcello Mereu? He was in our museum on Sept. 24 on the occasion of National Classic Vehicle Day.

Marcello began his working career in fashion, but it is the world of cars that most belongs to him, particularly that of Car Detailing.

Taking care of cars is what he loves to do most. How we understand him!

In fact, he is the haute detailer who revolutionized the car detailing industry: he challenged the fundamentals of this craft, freeing it from the yoke of applied chemistry at any cost and turning it into a true art.
