Esat<\/span>tamente un anno fa, a poche ore dall’apertura dell’evento creato per Milano MuseoCity<\/strong>, abbiamo dovuto fermare tutto e chiudere il Museo Fratelli Cozzi: il Paese era sprofondato in pieno lockdown. Eravamo smarriti, dispiaciuti per non poter condividere il lavoro fatto, ignari che ben presto avremmo dovuto fare rinunce ben pi\u00f9 grandi. Oggi siamo di nuovo qui insieme a MuseoCity, con un anno di esperienza in pi\u00f9, pronti ad affermare ancora una volta che <\/span>la Cultura impara e, di certo, non si ferma.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Abbiamo imparato linguaggi diversi e abbiamo imparato che anche i Musei possono prendersi cura della citt\u00e0; lo hanno sempre fatto, in fondo, ma con la loro chiusura abbiamo capito quanto fosse insostenibile il silenzio dell’Arte e quanto il legame con il territorio fosse simbiotico. Abbiamo aggiunto consapevolezza al nostro ruolo sociale e da qui vogliamo ripartire.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Il 7 marzo 2021<\/strong> noi ci saremo, per dire che La Cultura \u00e8 ferita, ma nulla \u00e8 perduto. Che i Musei sono pronti a prendersi cura delle proprie citt\u00e0, che noi siamo pronti a farlo. Vi aspettiamo sui nostri social alle ore 16<\/strong>, per vivere in diretta l’emozione della memoria che riaffiora, insegna e ci spinge verso il futuro perch\u00e9, se \u00e8 vero che “un popolo senza memoria \u00e8 un popolo senza storia”<\/em> (cit. Al Museo Fratelli Cozzi ci sentiamo custodi della memoria italiana e cittadina, lo raccontiamo ogni volta che
coloriamo un quadro sociale a cornice delle nostre Alfa Romeo, seguendo la visione con cui Pietro Cozzi<\/strong> ha
collezionato le 60 vetture oggi esposte al museo.
Pietro, il fondatore, ha conservato sin dall\u2019apertura della sua concessionaria, nel 1955, ogni modello di Alfa
Romeo venduto, preservando i documenti inerenti alla commercializzazione, alla comunicazione, insieme a
libri, giornali, trofei, merchandising, manuali tecnici. E\u2019 proprio questo corredo di documenti che oggi ci
permette non solo di ammirare la bellezza del design Made in Italy degli ultimi 60 anni, ma anche di
tracciare un quadro storico, sociale, artistico del nostro Paese. Il museo conserva nel proprio archivio copie dei giornali pi\u00f9 diffusi nella citt\u00e0 di Legnano a testimonianza
degli articoli apparsi sulla presentazione dei nuovi modelli di auto. In quegli anni presentare una nuova auto
diventava un vero evento pubblico, da fare nel cuore delle citt\u00e0, davanti a tutte le autorit\u00e0 e ai cittadini.
Nelle pagine di questi giornali, alcuni dei quali peraltro non esistono pi\u00f9, possiamo cos\u00ec leggere la citt\u00e0 in
quegli anni , scoprirne la vita, gli eventi, le attivit\u00e0 commerciali.
Ecco come i musei curano la citt\u00e0: conservandone la storia, riscoprendone i protagonisti, valorizzandone le
