C’\u00e8 una frase molto cara a Elisabetta, \u00e8 quella di Gustav Mahler (che ormai tutti, qui, abbiamo imparato a memoria): \u201cTradizione \u00e8 custodia del fuoco, non culto delle ceneri<\/em>“.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Questa frase per il Museo \u00e8 importante perch\u00e9 non \u00e8 solo un mantra che si esaurisce una volta pronunciato ma \u00e8 un concetto, quasi filosofico, che noi pratichiamo nelle azioni quotidiane e in ogni progetto.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Il nostro Museo<\/strong> infatti non \u00e8 soltanto una struttra che raccoglie auto e oggetti storici, ma un luogo di\u00a0formazione, istruzione e conoscenza, dove ci si impegna per coinvolgere e rendere protagoniste le giovani generazioni<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Sono centinaia gli studenti e le studentesse che abbiamo incontrato. Qualcuno \u00e8 venuto per una visita con la classe, qualcun altro ha anche realizzato progetti speciali, come tesine di maturit\u00e0, tesi di laurea, attivit\u00e0 per master, approfondimenti dedicati.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

MANAGEMENT E TEMATICHE DI GENERE, IL LAVORO DI MARTA NEGRI\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Se hai visitato il Museo nel 2022, pu\u00f2 essere che tu abbia incontrato Marta Negri.<\/span><\/p>\n

Marta infatti nel 2022 ha svolto uno stage curricolare<\/strong> presso il nostro Museo e si \u00e8 l<\/span>aureata a marzo 2023 indirizzo Arti spettacolo ed eventi culturali all\u2019universit\u00e0 Iulm di Milano (a proposito, ancora congratulazioni!).<\/p>\n

Da aprile 2023 \u00e8 iscritta al master di \u201cEconomia e management per l\u2019arte e la cultura\u201d presso la 24ORE Business School di Milano.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Tra le varie attivit\u00e0 e skill del master<\/strong> c\u2019\u00e8 la gestione del blog \u201cMartebenicult\u201d<\/a><\/strong> e l’omonima pagina Instagram<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Lo scorso l<\/span><\/span>uglio Marta ha pubblicato un articolo<\/strong> intitolato “Museo Fratelli Cozzi, un Museo d’Impresa attento alle tematiche di genere<\/em>“.<\/span><\/p>\n

Quello con Marta \u00e8 stato un progetto lungo e ricco di soddisfazioni!<\/p>\n

PCTO E TESINA DI MATURITA’, L’ESPERIENZA DI SVEVA UBOLDI\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abbiamo conosciuto Sveva mentre stava frequentando la classe\u00a0 5\u00b0 dell’ITE – all’Istituto Enrico Fermi di Castellanza.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il nostro cammino si \u00e8 intrecciato con quello di Sveva perch\u00e9 ha svolto un’e<\/strong><\/span>sperienza di PCTO<\/strong> (ex alternanza scuola-lavoro) al Museo. Una volta terminata l’esperienza, Sveva ha raccontato il suo lavoro e il suo impegno in un progetto, presentato poi all’esame di maturit\u00e0.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

“Ho scelto di fare il PCTO al museo F.lli Cozzi per entrare in una realt\u00e0 che non conoscevo e per iniziare ad avvicinarmi al mondo lavorativo e dell’organizzazione di eventi, ambito a cui sono molto interessata.<\/em>“<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
