Si part\u00ec con una cura\u00a0dimagrante pi\u00f9 di una modella in dieta pre-estate: <strong>via\u00a0i deflettori in vetro<\/strong>, sostituiti da elementi in Perspex.<\/p>\n<p>Porte posteriori alleggerite al punto da perdere\u00a0alzavetri e maniglie interne. Sembrava una normale\u00a0transazione, e gli risposero che era \u201cun\u2019auto in vendita\u00a0come tutte le altre\u201d. Ma questa Giulia Ti nascondeva delle\u00a0peculiarit\u00e0 che la rendevano unica fin da subito: \u00abaveva\u00a0cambio a cloche, sedili da corsa e cinture di sicurezza \u2013 e\u00a0persino \u2013 il sedile posteriore che con semplici manovre si\u00a0tirava via per alleggerire la macchina<\/em>.\u00a0<em>Ci fu subito <strong>una connessione speciale con quell\u2019auto<\/strong>, quasi\u00a0un presentimento del suo valore futuro?\u00a0Nonostante l\u2019interesse, la Giulia prese inizialmente\u00a0un\u2019altra strada. \u00abMio padre aveva un cliente affezionato,\u00a0il professor Marinoni, un medico radiologo, che voleva\u00a0assolutamente una Giulia, proprio quella<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Qui l\u2019intuito\u00a0di suo padre gioc\u00f2 un ruolo fondamentale. \u00abA<em>llora gli ha\u00a0proposto: \u201cGuarda, facciamo una cosa, io ti vendo questa\u00a0a patto che per\u00f2 tu la manutieni bene, la porti qua in\u00a0concessionaria per la manutenzione<\/em>\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una clausola\u00a0insolita<\/strong>, dettata dalla conoscenza profonda che il padre\u00a0di Elisabetta aveva del cliente e del suo stile di guida.\u00a0La vendita fu formalizzata il 17 giugno del 1964. Il prezzo? <strong>2.525.000 lire<\/strong>, mica\u00a0bruscolini: il 60% in pi\u00f9 rispetto a una Giulia TI normale. Per\u00a0questo la maggior parte fin\u00ec nelle mani di scuderie private:\u00a0tra queste, la Scuderia Sant\u2019Ambroeus e il Jolly Club, con\u00a0preparatori del calibro di Facetti e Conrero.<\/p>\n<h3>CORSE (TANTE), VITTORIE (PURE)<\/h3>\n<p>Anche se l\u2019Alfa era ufficialmente \u201cin pausa\u201d dalle corse dal\u00a01951, la TI Super scese in pista eccome. C\u2019era sempre qualcuno\u00a0del reparto collaudi Alfa a <strong>\u201cfare un giro\u201d nei paddock<\/strong>, magari\u00a0con qualche consiglio e qualche pezzo speciale nel baule. Tra il\u00a01963 e il 1965, collezion\u00f2 successi in pista, rally, cronoscalate e\u00a0perfino endurance prima di cedere lo scettro alla Giulia Sprint\u00a0GTA.<\/p>\n<p>Il capolavoro? Il<strong> Tour de France Automobile del 1963<\/strong>:\u00a0quinta assoluta (dietro solo alle Ferrari 250 GTO e alle Jaguar),\u00a0ma prima nella sua categoria. Tradotto: una berlina con 4 porte\u00a0mise in riga una lunga lista di sportive pi\u00f9 blasonate e costose.\u00a0E chi se ne stupisce?
