Everyone loves Autodelta

December 18, 2023

The presentation of the book "Autodelta 60. The Fast Wing of Alfa Romeo" was a real success. See how the event went.

That everyone loved Autodelta we already knew, but we were pleasantly surprised when we saw the turnout at the latest event dedicated to the historic Alfa Romeo racing team.

The occasion was the presentation of the book, "Autodelta 60. The Fast Wing of Alfa Romeo," written by Giuseppe Colombo, an expert on the Alfa Romeo brand, and Massimo Colombo, a journalist.

A gathering of true enthusiasts in honor of Autodelta's 60th birthday.

How did the event go and who was there with us?

Giuseppe and Massimo, the two authors, told us that in the book, now in its second edition, they have further expanded their work, enriched it with new stories and unpublished images.

Needless to say, copies of the book (printed in 999 copies only) are going fast!

Mario Fontana, a friend of the Museum and editor of Profumo di Alfa, interviewed them and then gave space to the testimonies of Gippo Salvetti of Alfa Blue Team, Carlo Facetti's daughter Mariagrazia (who brought greetings from her father, a famous Alfa Romeo - Autodelta driver). And again Bruno Zava, historical designer, and in closing, friend Andrea Vecchi of Alfa Club Milano.

The audience was enthralled by the stories and anecdotes that the Colombo brothers passionately shared.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Alfista heart!

The event was a great success for everyone, and we realized once again how much love and passion for Alfa Romeo can bring people together.

December 3 was also International Day for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and our own Elisabetta Cozzi told the audience in attendance about our museum's project dedicated specifically to inclusivity.

"The Museum is for Everyone: Inclusion, Accessibility and Welcoming" means that we are working to welcome people who are blind, deaf, physically and mentally disabled, thanks in part to the valuable support of the City of Legnano and the Ticino Olona Community Foundation.
