A November filled with events

November 9, 2023

The month of November was jam-packed with events, meetings and openings thanks to the XXII Business Culture Week. Find out how it went!

November was a rich, indeed a very rich month!

Although usually the golden palm for events goes to December - by the way, have you already booked your private or corporate dinner among our beautiful classic cars? -, this November 2023 overwhelmed us with the amount of cultural and social insights, but most of all with the amount of wonderful people we met!

Many of the events we discuss in this news were part of the 22nd edition of the Enterprise Culture Week, curated by MuseImpresa, Nov. 6-20. The initiative, as you already know, was designed to bring people to discover the immense cultural heritage held within the museums and archives of Italian companies, and we are delighted to have been part of it!

Let's look back together at all the emotions we experienced!

The first very important event of course was Milano Autoclassica.

On November 17, 18 and 19, the Museum was present at the fair with a booth together with Profumo di Alfa. At our location, visitors to the dedicated Classic and Sports Car Show found plenty of novelties: the iconic techno Montecarlo driven by Nanni Galli, the book "Autodelta 60. The Fast Wing of Alfa Romeo," written by Giuseppe and Massimo Colombo, the preview of the photo exhibition "Women and Motors? Just Joys..."

Then, on November 21 , the second edition of "Women and Motors? Just Joys," the photo exhibition that aims to overcome the gender stereotypes and preconceptions that still permeate the world of motors and to promote a cultural change that values women.

Present at the meeting, in addition to the press and authorities from the City of Legnano, were many of the women protagonists, project photographer Camilla Albertini and Paola Longo, who with the Women of Wine Association offered a glass to toast the success!

On the occasion of International Students' Day on Friday, Nov. 17, the Famiglia Legnanese Foundation gave out a number of scholarships to the most deserving high school and college students. The Museum participated by donating one, in memory of Pietro and Marisa Cozzi. What to add, except that it was a moment of deep emotion and emotion?

Also, speaking of students, the Museum awarded a plaque to the winners of the "Sustainable Mobility for Gen Z" contest: the Carlo Dell'Acqua Institute in Legnano came out on top with 46.9 percent of the vote.

Finally, as a last event, the Museum welcomed associations for an open day dedicated to inclusivity: in fact, our facility has been working for a few months now to become a place accessible to people with all kinds of physical or mental disabilities, and we are really proud of that.

Many of the Museum's projects are carried out thanks to the Friends of Museo Fratelli Cozzi association and with the invaluable support of the Ticino Olona Community Foundation and the City of Legnano: again, thanks are never enough.
